Bill and Betty Jo Taffe lived and worked for a year in Ecuador and continue to visit on a regular basis. They will describe the country, it's people and geography, and it's world renowned feature, the Galapagos Islands, in a slide illustrated armchair traveller program.

July 10: Beavers by Elise Lawson and John Severance
Elise and John, of Watershed to Wildlife, will talk about beavers preceeded by a pre-program walk to the dam the beavers built last year at the Quincy Bog.

Back by popular demand, Steve Sweedler has slides and with sheets of common names and Latin names so all you have to do is check off the trees and shrubs you want in your garden.

August 7: The Connecticut River by Pete Richardson
Pete Richardson, a member of the Connecticut River Watershed Council, will tell us about the history and the attributes of this important neighboring river.

August 21: Rescued Animals by Mary Lee
Mary Lee of the New Hampshire Humane Society in Meredith
will come with some of her furry friends to tell us about the work of the Humane Society.
Programs begin at 7:00 o'clock in the evening at the
Quincy Bog Nature Center located on Quincy Bog Road, off Quincy Road, in Rumney, New Hampshire.
