Meet at 9:00 a.m. at the Rumney Rocks Forest Service Parking Lot on The Buffalo Road in Rumney (Golden Age or Forest Service pass required). Chris is the Audubon Society of New Hampshire’s expert on the peregrine’s re-establishment.
Mushroom Walk and Pot Luck, September 18. Faith Hunt
Meet at 11:00, at the Nature Center. Bring a basket and a knife and something to share. We will have a pot luck late lunch, featuring the edible mushrooms. Candy and Al Ports are our hosts. If you are bringing something that needs to be refrigerated, bring it to their house at the end of Cranberry Bog Road first. This will be the fifth year Faith has led this popular event.
